Movie Night #2 Date Change
RLC PTSA Movie Night #2 has been rescheduled from Thursday, March 12th to Thursday, March 19th. Doors will open at 5:30pm, and the movie will begin at 6:00pm.
Why the change? The Forefront Suicide Prevention LEARN Training for parents and caregivers is also scheduled for March 12, 2026, from 6:30–8:00pm in the Tolt Middle School Library. To ensure parents and caregivers have the opportunity to attend this important training, the Board decided to move Movie Night #2 to March 19th. Thank you for your understanding. RLC PTSA Bingo Night
Join us for a fun-filled night of Bingo with friends and family on Thursday, February 26th, at 6pm in the MPR! Game cards are $5 each and include five games—each participant will need their own set of game cards. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Please note: Students in grades K–8 must be accompanied by an adult.

RLC PTSA Pottery Night
Join us for Pottery Night, one of RLC’s favorite family traditions and biggest PTSA fundraiser of the year, on Thursday, November 13th, from 5-8pm in the MPR. A variety of bisqueware pottery items will be available for purchase during the event, along with concessions.
In addition, all RLC Student Reflections entries will be displayed outside of the MPR, with finalists advancing to the Riverview PTSA Council competition noted. Come enjoy an evening of art, fun, and community—while supporting a great cause!

RLC PTSA Costume Parade

Back by popular demand: the annual RLC PTSA Costume Parade! ![]()

On Friday, October 31st from 10am-12pm, all RLC students & their families are invited to dress up for a walk through Carnation. We’ll start with a group photo at 10:15am followed by the parade start at 10:20am. When we return to RLC, we’ll gather in the MPR for hot cocoa, a cereal bar, simple art activities, and photo opportunities!

RLC PTSA Movie Night
Get ready to dig in to an epic adventure as we watch A MINECRAFT MOVIE! during our first Movie Night on Thursday, October 23rd. Doors open at 5:30pm. Movie starts at 6pm. Free entry! Free popcorn! All RLC Students & families are invited. K-8th Grade Students must be accompanied by an adult.
Bring your pillows, your blankets, and your cozy vibes! Whether you’re a builder, a Redstone genius, or just love a good story — it's going to be a blocky blast!

RLC PTSA Trivia Night & General Membership Meeting: May 15th. 6:00pm. MPR.
Join us on Thursday, May 15th, for Trivia Night & our final General Membership Meeting of this school year. The GMM will run from 6-6:30pm (pizza available during this time with pre-order) and games will start directly afterwards. Get ready for trivia questions with some Minute to Win It games thrown in!
Grad Week 2025 Events & Activities
Donuts with Grown Ups: April 22nd & 23rd. 7:45-8:30am. MPR.
Donuts with Grown-ups is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22nd & Wednesday, April 23rd in the MPR from 7:45am-8:30am. Please RSVP for one morning & plan to attend only on the morning you RSVP’d for. Each student may bring 1-2 guests (siblings okay!). Each student and guest will receive 1 donut.

Pottery Night & Reflections Celebration:
November 14th. 5:30-8:30pm. MPR.
The annual RLC PTSA Pottery Evening is back! Every fall, we come together for an evening of art and fellowship that suits every age, and we raise funds to support scholarships and events for our RLC community.
A variety of bisqueware pieces (figurines, frames, bowls, plates, ornaments.) will be available for purchase at the door. The RLC PTSA provides all of the other materials needed to create your own painted pottery pieces at the event. We glaze, fire, and wrap them all for our students to take home before Winter Break.
Drinks & Snacks will be available for purchase.
Reflections Celebration: All RLC Student Reflections entries will be on display outside of the MPR. Entries moving onto the Riverview PTSA Council level judging will be noted.

Volunteers Needed: Please sign up here for a 1 hour shift, allowing enough time for you to help this event be a success and still have time to paint your own pottery. Thank you!
Costume Parade & Book Swap:
October 25th. 10am-12pm. MPR.
All RLC students and families are invited to join us for a parade through Carnation, followed by free hot cocoa, snacks, and activities in the multipurpose room. We'll celebrate the end of the Read-A-thon with a Book Swap.
Book Swap: Bring one or more (gently) used books to trade. Tables will be set up for easy display and browsing of books. For each book you bring, take home a different one. You are welcome to bring graphic novels, board books, picture books, fiction and nonfiction chapter books to participate in the Book Swap. However, please refrain from bringing in heavily damaged items, workbooks, or coloring books.

October 3rd-October 25th
Ice Cream Social & GMM:
September 26th. 6-7:30pm. MPR.
6-6:45pm: Ice Cream Social. Come enjoy ice cream with a variety of toppings (Nut-free; Dairy-free options). Take photos in front of our Ice Cream photo backdrop with props. Play "pin the cherry on the ice cream".
6:45pm: General Membership Meeting #1 PTSA Student reps will be available to sit with kids at an art table during the meeting.
